DumpYourPhoto is a free and easy photo hosting service without limitations and doesn't contain any advertisements. You can upload up to 5MB per photo and the allowed photo types are gif, jpg, jpeg, png. It's very easy to use, you just have to select your photo and press "Dump!".
If you want to categorize your photos, you only have to sign up and start creating your photo albums.
